Deterministic-first, AI-augmented. Every material routing and approval decision is governed by explicit, auditable rules (DMN). Agents and AI accelerate intake, enrichment, classification, and generation — but never make unmonitored, unexplained decisions that affect business or regulatory outcomes. DMN Governance Requirements

REQ-DMN-003

DMN tables SHALL be updated within 60 days of any material regulatory guidance change that affects their input conditions or output actions.

Agent Governance Constraint

Agents are permitted within the workflow only when: (1) outputs are deterministic and reproducible, (2) they use deterministic knowledge bases, (3) decision provenance is logged, and (4) they follow DMN rules. Any agent output below confidence threshold (≥85%) triggers automatic escalation to the appropriate human role.
